Why a membership

Per-head pricing is why teams are undertrained.

When training is charged per person, someone has to decide who goes without. Usually that is the people furthest from the design office, which is exactly where an assessor starts asking questions.

insightEx one removes the decision. One annual price, unlimited access, every course open to everyone who needs it. Train the operator and the certification engineer on the same subscription, and train the new starter in week one rather than at the next budget cycle.

Courses cover the history and the reasoning behind each subject, not just the clause. People who understand why a rule exists apply it correctly in situations the course never covered.

The courses

Eight courses, one membership

Every tier includes all eight. Start people where their role sits and let them climb as their responsibilities grow.

Roles and responsibilities

Ex competence is not just an engineering problem

ISO/IEC 80079-34 expects documented competence across ten roles, from the shop floor to marketing. Open a role to see what is required and the evidence an assessor asks for.

FAQs

Questions about the membership

Still not covered? Send us the question. An engineer answers, not a chatbot.

Is insightEx one priced per person?

No. It is an organisation-wide subscription, so the price does not change as you train more people. One annual figure covers unlimited access for everyone who needs it, which is the point: competence should not be rationed because the training budget is per head.

How quickly can we get started?

Onboarding takes about fifteen minutes. We set up your portal, add your team, and they can begin the same day. Courses are e-learning, so nobody waits for a scheduled date or travels to a venue.

Does the training produce audit evidence?

Yes. Every completion is recorded against the individual and the course, and the plus and infinity tiers add a competency matrix mapping your Ex-relevant roles to the training each requires. That is the document an assessor asks to see.

What happens when you add new courses?

On infinity, new courses are included automatically for the life of the subscription. On the other tiers they are available to add. We added the iEx007 Certification Workshop most recently.

See it before you buy it.

A twenty-minute demo walks you through the portal and the courses with your own team's roles in mind. No obligation and no sales script.
